SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

1.1 Order processing: Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receipt and shipped within 48 hours.
1.2 Expected delivery times are stated at checkout UK Orders expected delivery within 5 working days of postage, EU Orders within 10 days of postage Rest of world orders within 14 days of postage (all times stated are working days and exclude weekends / bank holidays). These times are estimated and out of our control. Your order will be updated once shipped.
1.2.1 For orders outside the UK or South Africa the buyer may be subject to import duties / fees, these are the buyers responsibility. we cannot be held liable for these charges.
1.3 RETURNS POLICY:
1.3.1 You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
1.3.2 Any return not our fault a charge of £5.95 will be charged for restocking and refund processing.

1.4 REFUNDS
1.4.1 Any refund will be net of postage charge (for example if the order is is £65 plus £10 shipping the amount refunded would be £65)
1.4.2 You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of your package being received back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
1.4.3 The above do not affect the buyers DSR.
